Education: I am a graduate of Wilson High School. I am currently attending Millersville University as an Elementary/Early Childhood Education major and will be graduating in May 2011.

Hobbies: Dancing, reading, jogging, and of course SHOPPING!
Dance/Cheer Performance Experience: I started dancing at the age of 4 and continued up until my 10th grade year. I competed in various dance competitions (2 of which were National competitions) around the Northeast. The styles I studied were tap, jazz, ballet, pointe, and hip hop. I began cheering my 9th grade year and continued cheering on the varsity team through my 12th grade year as Captain. I also was nominated and made All-American Cheerleader 3 times. I danced at Millersville University on two teams: the Millersville University Dance Team and Essence. On the Millersville University Dance Team, I held the position of Vice President and President and competed at NDAs National Competition in Daytona, FL for 3 years. On Essence (which is a hip hop team) we performed at various events on campus and also competed at different universities.

Most Unusual Job: Selling knives door to door
What would you like to be doing in 5 years: I would like to have a stable career in a Kindergarten or 1st Grade classroom, maybe married by that time and starting a family.
Lifetime Goal: My lifetime goal is to be the best teacher I could possibly be and to inspire and challenge kids both in and out of the classroom and make them believe that they can succeed in anything that they do.
